Grievance Redressal
The complaint may be brought to the notice of the Branch
Manager for redressal. (For address/contact particulars
of branches
click here). If the customer is not satisfied with
the redressal the matter may be taken up with the
General Manager.
Our
grievance redressal officer will also deal with issues
relating to services provided by the outsourced
agencies.
