Dr. Jayaram Chigurupati

Dr. Jayaram, 44, is the Chairman and Managing Director of Zenotech Laboratories Limited, Hyderabad.

An MBA from Cornell (1994) and a PhD in Biochemical Genetics (1988) from Iowa-USA, Dr Jayaram has had a distinguished career both in science and

industry. He has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals.   He had a stint as Associate Consultant with the Wilkerson Group, New York and as Technology Transfer Consultant at the Centre of Advance Technology, Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.  Was also a founder and Vice President of Viral Therapeutics Inc., New York, where his responsibilities included development and marketing of recombinant proteins for therapeutic and diagnostic use.

He was also the Executive Vice President of Emerging Businesses (Biotechnology, Oncology and Diagnostics) and International Branded Formulations Marketing at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited, Hyderabad, India.  He has been instrumental in establishing Dr Reddy’s presence in many emerging markets of the world. He was also the Managing Director of Zenovus Biotech (a wholly owned subsidiary of Dr. Reddy’s).

After leaving Dr. Reddy’s Labs, he promoted Zenotech Laboratories Ltd in 2003, a listed company in Bombay Stock Exchange.

Dr. Jayaram joined the Coastal Bank as Director in April 2006.

A.Venkata Sadasiva

Mr. Sadasiva,50, is practicing Chartered Accountant in M/s. Anandam & Co.,  Hyderabad. He is also having wide knowledge on audit of Banks including RBI and also acted as a Director of Bank of India during the period from 1995-1999.

P.Venkateswara Rao

Mr. P. V. Rao, 47, had distinguished career both in agriculture and Finance. He had 25 years of experience in agriculture and horticulture. He was managing partner in M/S. Sri Nagendra Finance Company, and M/S. Sree Finance Corporation engaged in hire purchase business involving vehicle finance since 1982 to 2004. He was secretary to The Krishna District Auto Financiers Association, Vijayawada from July 1995 to June 1999.

He joined the Bank as Director in July 2006 .

A. Raghu Vasu

Mr. Raghu Vasu A., 37, is the CEO of TransDyne IT Services , one of India’s largest outsourced transcription companies. Over the last few years, he has helped TransDyne grow into one of the most professionally run ITES companies with an impetus on world class quality processes. He has graduate degrees in Engineering and Law. He also has a post-graduate degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, with majors in Systems and Finance.

His expertise in HR practices, Information Technology and understanding of current trends in finance and consumer behavior are an asset to the Coastal Bank.

He joined the bank as an Independent Director in November, 2009.

Inuganti Pardha Saradhi - (Managing Director)

Mr. Inuganti Pardha Saradhi, 61, is a graduate in Agriculture B.Sc. He had 37 years of illustrious  career at Syndicate Bank. He had served Syndicate Bank in various capacities, started as Junior Officer then as Branch Manager, Dy. Divisional Manager, Asst.General Manager, Regional Manager and General Manager. From 2004 to 2006 he worked as Chairman of Sree Anantha Grameena Bank, a Syndicate Bank sponsored Regional Rural Bank. He possesses rich and varied experience in the spectrum of Priority Sector, HR, Retail Banking etc.

He joined the Bank as Additional Director on 25^th August 2009 and took charge as Managing Director on 23^rd October 2009.
