industry. He has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals. He had a stint as Associate Consultant with the Wilkerson Group, New York and as Technology Transfer Consultant at the Centre of Advance Technology, Cornell University, Ithaca, New York. Was also a founder and Vice President of Viral Therapeutics Inc., New York, where his responsibilities included development and marketing of recombinant proteins for therapeutic and diagnostic use.
He was also the Executive Vice President of Emerging Businesses (Biotechnology, Oncology and Diagnostics) and International Branded Formulations Marketing at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited, Hyderabad, India. He has been instrumental in establishing Dr Reddy’s presence in many emerging markets of the world. He was also the Managing Director of Zenovus Biotech (a wholly owned subsidiary of Dr. Reddy’s).
After leaving Dr. Reddy’s Labs, he promoted Zenotech Laboratories Ltd in 2003, a listed company in Bombay Stock Exchange.

Dr. Denis Broun
Dr. Denis Broun, 51, obtained his Masters in Biomathematics (1977) and Medical Doctor Degree (1981) from the University of Paris . He then specialized in Tropical Medicine from Institut Léon M'Ba, University of Paris , 1982. He is also Diploma cum magna laude of the Paris Institute of Political Sciences, 1984. |

Dr. Denis Broun was the Global Liason Coordinator and the Managing Director of MSH, Europe . He has an extensive background in donor coordination and more than 15 years of experience in public health. His previous positions as Program Manager and then as Director of Department of Resource Mobilization at WHO (1998 to 2000), Chief of Health and Special Advisor to the Executive Director at UNICEF (1996 and 1998), Health Financing Specialist and Senior Health Specialist at the World Bank (1991 and 1996) have involved inter-agency communication and coordination in fields ranging from infectious diseases to child health. Dr. Broun has also managed all aspects of health policy planning and development. He has extensive experience in project design and management. Dr. Broun has particular expertise in public/private partnerships and private sector collaboration, donor coordination, and has extensive international experience.
He is closely associated with the United Nations in the area of Health Management programmes worldwide. He is currently the Head of UNAIDS in New Delhi .

Siva Rama Prasad Jetty
Mr. J.S.R. Prasad, 46, is a Chartered Accountant. Has had distinguished career both in Finance and Industry. He started his career with a reputed Chartered Accountant firm “ Bhaskara Rao & Co”. He has been the Executive Director of Kakatiya Cement and Sugar Industries Limited, overseeing Technical, Financial and Commercial aspects of the company for the last 19 years. He is currently Chairman and Managing Director, Greensol Power Systems Pvt, Ltd, a 17 MW Bagasse based co-generation plant. He played a major role in turning around a sick sugar plant by implementation of rehabilitation package within two years.

V. Jagan Mohan - (Managing Director)
Mr. Mohan, 51, is a graduate in Commerce and an MBA from Osmania University . Had 28 years of commercial banking experience in State Bank of India, the largest Bank in India, across retail banking operations, business development, risk management, credit operations, trade finance, technology implementation and corporate strategy etc,. He worked in the Corporate Office of State Bank of India at Mumbai and also at Foreign Exchange Department at Calcutta. He was associated with McKinsey in implementation plans of Bank's Organisational Restructuring exercise. |

He also served as Chairman and Managing Director of Kakatiya Grameena Bank, a SBI-sponsored Regional Rural Bank, for a period three years and three months. During his tenure, the RRB, with a business of Rs.3 billions, was fully computerized, the first one to have achieved the distinction among 196 RRBs in the country. He also played a major role in turning around the Bank into a profit-making one. He also received many awards from Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and State Bank of India for his successful running of the Bank. He is well exposed to the regulation of scheduled commercial banks and rural banks by his working in SBI and in Kakatiya Grameena Bank .
